So since we have a thread to talk about kits we want or even kits we've already built, why not have one about the ones we just ordered? Simple idea here- Post what kits you've ordered and what about that kit made you want to buy it, and if you feel like you got a good deal why not tell us how much it set you back? I figure this may be a fun way to pass the dreaded wait for shipping and maybe a way to find out about new deals or kits, so it's worth a shot I figure! I'll start this thread off with not only my first order from Gundam Store and More, but also my first online purchase ever! My first item was the beautiful looking Zeta Plus Test Color A1. I've always wanted an MG that could transform, so I was drawn to this baby since it has one of the sleekest looking Wave Rider forms I've seen so far. The off red on while color scheme looks wonderful too- and this kit was a pretty good buy at just about 30 bucks! I've heard that it's not the most posable kit around, but I don't think that it'll bother me too much. It would look just fine as a display piece too. Next up are the old V and V2 HG 1/144 kits. To be honest, I did just want to buy the V2 since it is my favorite lead Gundam to date- but after hearing about the V getting an MG kit I was so excited that I sprang the cash to buy both. (The fact that the V was only 5 bucks helped a little of course) I'm really looking forward to these two kits as a fast and fun build. Winding down near the end here, I picked up the 1/144 HG Red Frame Astray. I'll be honest, I used to really hate the Frames. They didn't look much like a Gundam to me. I finally saw the light after picking up the 1/100 Gold Frame rerelease. The kit was just so amazing I became hooked overnight. I'm even looking to buy the PG Red Frame now because of how happy I was with the Gold Frame. Anyway, that's pretty much my reason for picking out that kit. It looks pretty decent and I can't wait to see it with my own two eyes. As for my final buy- Jegan, Sweet~ Sweet~ Jegan... What can I say? It's my favorite mook unit out there. The HGUC looks wonderful and I plan on buying the new Stark Jegan as soon as it's out too. I just love me some Jegan. Anyway, to sum it all up my order wound up like this- Zeta Test Color : 32.51 Victory Gundam : 5.96 V2 Gundam : 8.35 Red Frame : 13.01 Jegan : 16.26 S&H : 8.72 Total : 84.81 Now, my order is actually waiting for me at home, so when I leave Campus tomorrow I'll have them right away- Because of this, I can say that Gundam Store and More did an AMAZING job on sending me my items. Once they mailed them out, it only took two days to reach my doorstep. It's even better when you look at how little I had to pay for shipping in the first place. Shipping from Hobby Link would be nearly twice that just for a single MG from what I've seen. GS&M have made me a loyal customer and I plan to order the Gaplant Hrairoo and Gundam Stargazer from them next week. |

Good news! This is taken straight from the GSAM FAQ! "Do you ship internationally? We only ship to the United States at this time, but we do plan to start shipping to Canada in the Spring/Summer of 2009." So you should be able to order from them pretty soon! And those are some great kits tenx10. I really want to get that Blue 2nd L really soon, I've heard nothing but praise about it. I hope you'll tell us all about the Kshatriya once you finish it up though, I've heard next to nothing about it now that it's came out. |

I plan on doing my first review on Kshatriya :3 which is wierd, cause I currently own like, twelve kits (one of which still needs to be finished but Texas has been unforgiving with weather and me needing to paint >:T) |

Kshatriya and Blue Frame 2nd L seem like really hot sellers at the time. I'm already loving the Blue, but seeing how many people are hyped about the Kshatriya makes me want to pick it up too. The kit sure looks great in pictures at least! Great orders everyone! |

I've my eye on the 1/72 VF-27y Lucifer Brera Sterne Custom. A very impressive looking model. Love to hear what you think of the Super Messiah Valkyrie Alto Custom when you build it. There's very few reviews on youtube of these awesome kits. Chetario is the 1/48 unicorn Gundam stand the one that come with the Jan 2010 issue of Dengeki magazine? Almost forgot  PG OO on pre-order with HLJ.

I ordered my MG Gundam Astray Blue Frame From RainbowTen. It was actually shipped the same day it was released (23rd), I'm receiving it by EMS, so I'll hopefully get it by tomorrow or Wednesday. |

RainbowTen really sounds like an excellent site, the turnaround time of your order was superfast. I preordered MG Astray Blue frame with HLJ at the start of September and my order still hasn't been processed yet (which kinda defeats my decision to preorder the kit with EMS shipping in the first place). |

Lol must have lost some sense as I placed this order today  First time using EMS and I am also calculating with customs having a word..  On the positive side finally I did decide for the Kshatriya and I get a Zaku...too impatient to wait for the Custom one maybe next time..hey still below 25.000 yen for the PG 00 ^^ And finding this thread was a pain in the ass as the search function is "§$%"§$%$ grr Edited by Tiger4Ruler, Nov 6 2009, 07:10 AM.

Well, two new orders for me! From Gundam Store and More, I have an incoming HG 1/144 Stargazer Gundam and a Master Grade 1/35 Ingram 2 kit from Patlabor. Stargazer, I just love... Like the Jegan, this was a kit I just had to own. Ingram 2 on the other hand, shocks me a little. I couldn't find a single Video Review of this kit! Now, the great Dalong saw fit to bless us with a photo spread of it and the damn thing looks awesome. If it is as good a kit as it looks, I'll have to do my own video of it to spread the word. At the very least I'll make a topic about it. Anyway, second order is from HLJ, and it is~ Tad-da-da-da! http://www.collectiondx.com/system/files/31series_type1_10_15cm_oct2009_koto.jpg The Kotobukiya FRAME ARMS second kit, Gourai! I thought long and hard about this before placing the order, but I finally just had to break down and get it. Since no one else seems to have done so yet, I might have the honor of being the first person to do an English review of a FRAME ARMS kit. That'd be pretty nifty! So as a wrap up; Stargazer, Ingram 2, Gourai. Expect either a video or wall of text for those last two kits. |
