Support the domain name costs of this forum! It has been over one year now since the registration of this domain name. In order to keep this domain name, we need to fund raise $44 US for the cost. Send the money to john.farrell@ns.sympatico.ca if you can help out. You don't need to send the full amount, but any contribution will take the heat off of my own wallet. The funds aren't due until 2011 but the bill was issued a few months ago. This means that we would get a bad rating with yahoo if I were to let the billing wait too long. Also, I think it is better to pay $44 now than to have to deal with a $90 bill next year. |

Just a note for future reference the paypal donate button charges a fee (the same as or slightly lower than the fee for regular transactions). But a personal transfer does not (which is unrefundable, but if you are trying to donate money why would you refund?) |

How much money collect so far? GoDaddy.com cost just 7 dollar for one year domain name and this forum is still Hosting for free by Zetaboard (see bottom of screen) also there is money already from adsense avertisement display. So why also ask people to give more money? |

It say here that TC donate 20 USD already. That is enough for near 3 year of domain name cost only 7 USD per year at typical web price. What is asking 44USD pay for? Next 6 year of domain name cost? In other thread from 2009 it mention there was already 15usd earning from adsense advertisement. So this year, adsense must give even more that 15 usd. Why is adsense money not enough for domain cost. Why need to ask donantion when forum is host for free by Zetaboard? Is money pay for gift contest? Please clear this to allow understanding what donation is for. I am confuse. |

We dont need any funds at the moment so no need to bring up this topic. The staff will decide what is to be done the next time the domain payments are due. |

This image should clear any confuse as to what the donation was for. The bill was for spring of 2011, this year. It costs 13US a year. The domain was set up in 2009. 2009 + 2010 + 2011 is what the bill is for.  Thread closed because the money was collected. I'll take care of the rest. Edited by Beaglese, Jan 1 2011, 04:50 PM.
