It's taking me quite a lot of time trying to upload vids in youtube. I have a hunch it's got to do with my AVG, but even if i disable the resident shield and any internet security, it still cuts my upload off. I'm using Windows XP, Google Chrome, and an ISP with 500mb single upload limit. lol. I was using DSL before, and was able to upload up to 1GB vids but it's quite slow. Now that i have a broadband....took me awhile to figure that it's limited to 500mb. lol. So expect to only see 4:30 mins of vids from now and. (note: i don't edit my vids yet.) Now back to AVG....I did manage to upload when i uninstall it. Which is very tiresome to do each time i want to upload a video. I did some research online and it seems that it might be something to do at youtube's end. Or it's just unfortunate for me that i'm using AVG plus Chrome plus my ISP which for some reason doesn't go well with youtube. haha. I did find this youtube upload contraint: http://upload.youtube.com/my_videos_upload?restrict=gears Which i think disables or doesn't make use of google chrome's gear(add-ons). This actually made my uploads to work with out uninstalling AVG (just need to disable resident shield) Well that's my rant on uploading... I wonder if any of you is getting the same problem.

well there's "teatimer" which runs at the background and some system processes. But the one about restricting gears solve my problem. |
