Looking forward to seeing your GN-X, if your Avalanche Exia is any indication this will be epic!!

i might just go ahead and order that. i think imageanime is kinda pricey but its probably worth it i guess since i cant find it on hobbywave or gundsamstoreormore.

vektar i looked at the gn drive at imageanime and total price is 29 bucks. kinda dont feel like paying that much for it. If i could find it cheaper then yes i would buy it.

from gray to light blue. the gn-x is going to look a little different.

Can't wait to see it finished (are you going for a E.S.F. GN-XIII color scheme?)

yeah shipping is a bit over kill for just the drive alone, youd have to order a a few kits to make up for the extra shipping. I'm sure hobbywave will get the GN drive at some point but i doubt gundam store and more will.

off topic but gundamstoreandmore has been sucking for a few months now, in my opinion. true about about ordering a few more kits so the shipping will even out, but there really isnt anything i want from imageanime yet

I really like the color scheme you are using for the GNX.

I was very surprised to see how expensive a stand alone GN Drive is to purchase. A better option may be to get the Exia Ignition mode at HLJ (its still on sale at 3,500yen) and to take the GN drive from the model. At least that way you get the drive and a great master grade kit.

the green GN drive might match your GNx so id give it a try if not you can try and paint it clear red so it turns purple or something when it lights up....

you can't aplly math in to art, well you could but it's just wrong IMO. I'm alawys mixing the colors using my gut feeling and it works out :)

all tamiya panit in the mini jars. I used xf-16 flat aluminum on frame and mixed a little of that and x-10 gun metal together to get a darker aluminum color and painted the gun. the blue is x-14 sky blue. all airbrushed

thanks for all the compliments too :)
