I have buy from Samuel decal but I live in Hong Kong so because he also in Hong Kong he send me decal in envelope. He very good service. It was next day deliver. I pay by direct deposit in his local HSBC account. Just to say my experience he is reliable for me. AA++

Use top coat to protect decal

If I'd like him to edit an existing set of decals, but invert to colors or add some text. Do you think he will charge me for a FULL customized sheet? The reason I'd like this is because I have NO skills with Photoshop or any other program they uses.

I have not asked him this personally.

IDK about inverting the colors (I mean he could still sell the sheet afterward) but adding stuff will definitely pump up the price
His decals are pretty good, though most of the warning texts are in broken english and don't make any sense
Spray a light acrylic clear coat over them as they are quite fragile
They are shipped in an envelope with cardboard for protection, with a somewhat low shipping price (from what I can remember it's less than $10 cnd)

Shipping is relatively cheap, but it's complicated to get the exact price of it. I had to email samuel a few times till I got the price right. Shipping is about 2 wks (Assuming you're in the states). Their decals are just as fragile as any other one. If you're new to waterslide decals, you'd probably lose a few decals in the learning process.

The only thing to watch out for as far as color goes, is that Samuel uses silver ink instead of gray... That threw me off when I got decals for MG Unicorn Gundam...

exactly, I have his Unicorn decals, I ended up have to buy the Bandai's original, which is better considering you don't have to trace the outline yourself(100+pc. for the Ka ver).
you could ask him to use gray though.

Samuels decals are also thinner then bandais and the ink can rub off if you handle them to much once wet.

Hmm... The site is up for me. It is probably a server glitch. Nameservers or their servers. You can try viewing the site using a proxy server just to see if you can access it from a different IP.

I emailed him and let him know of the server issue. He has let his hosting company know and they are working on a fix.
