Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that this forum is now officially more than a year old! It started as an idea over a PM I sent to 2old4toys on youtube. The point of this was to unite the gunpla reviews and youtube community for gundam together. Personally, I think it has been more successful than I could have ever imagined. Everyone is fairly supportive of each other and the community is self-sufficient. During the initial months I posted a lot to jump start conversation, but now people seem to be generating topics on their own  . Anyways, I am really proud that everyone has made it this far together. Let us rejoice with the upcoming unicorn oVA!

Man, this is amazing. It was such a small group, no offense (and I probably shouldn't be saying this as a Moderator), but I thought that it was gonna die out eventually. But in actuality, this has really become a regular website that I check constantly (as in I go Gmail, Facebook, THIS) I love reading everyones comments on new kits, old kits, knock-offs (such an epic thread). This shows me that there are people out there who love this hobby as much, if not more, as I do. BRB, I'm gonna post a video on YouTube about this...cause it's that epic. |

Congrats to everyone and thanks to Beag for creating the forum. It was a slow start and during April and May of last year it did look as if the forum would stall. I'm really please that since the last summer we really have been going from strenght to strenght. Its great to see, and get to know, the people who post here on a regular basis. |

Congratulations everyone on 1 year of success. We got the ball rolling pretty slowly, and we had a couple of hiccups, however, everything's running well now. Going to take this opportunity to draw attention to Beag and Soph for all the behind the scenes work that happens here at the forum. You guys are doing great! Anyway, for the next year I'd like to see a little more contribution from Aussies! It's getting lonely being the only Australian that I know of on the forum! So anyone that's lurking, feel free to set up an account

Happy Anniversary jep it has grown abit and some threads like the Knockoff-Thread show that controversial themes attract attention! ^^ Still wish some ppl would look before posting double-threads on the same and that some Moderators do more stuff like cleaning up those then...  This year 2010 is definately the Year of Gunpla, I was rather frustrated last year that Bandai only did so little, but it seems that they have things in motion for this year, reviving the model line with the clear parts campaign, one OVA and one movie in the pipeline etc. etc. |

it's a year alredy? damn... at the begining I was posting some (more reading) then there was a realy long peroid in wich I was inactive but since I returnded I'm trying my best to keep up with evryone This forum is a realy great community, not only YOutube community I would say, but in general. Let's keep it up and become even better

It depends how you pronounce ruler :p, it can be rura like he did before or rûru like ( with the ^ indicating it should be pronounced long) how they pronounce "lelouch" from code geass "rurushu". They can't pronounce the "L" that's why they make it into an "R" furthermore there aren't any L-type sounds in kana , the same for the "V" which they write like a P-sound but pronounce like a V-sound. like: 1) パ is PA but can also be read as VA 2) ル is RU but can also be read as LU 3) レ is RE but can also be read as LE so lelouch would be: ル ル ー ツｭ [ツｭ] this is a combo of 2 kana's the ツ = shi and the ｭ = yu which is put a little bit under the shi because it's the head sound. Shi + YU = SHU. [ー] this ー means that the U in the second RU is pronounced long so as UU. |
