After searching for the Robot Damashii 00 Gundam, I found that people do not sell it anymore. It is most likely discontinued. No!!! Can someone confirm this?! But... It has only been released for a year and a half. Why did Bandai discontinue it? Will this happen to all the Damashiis? Why?! There are Gunpla from 2001 that are still selling! |

This has been the strategy of Japanese figure makers. Figma is notorious for this. This is being done to try to make their products somewhat like collectibles and not mass produced toys. It's also so that if you like a certain figure, you get it immediately, that's why most figures are announced months before release. Anyway the HG 00 is better than the RD counterpart. Which reminds me, better jump on those K-On! Figmas then...tbh I hate when things go out of production, you have no idea when it's going to stop unless it's a really limited collectible or they limit to x amount of pieces in production. It sucks when you finally have the dough to buy one but it's oop. |

Following closely behind her older sister, comes a figma of Ui Hirasawa to continue the K-ON figma series! Ui will only be available as a limited edition Wonder Festival item. Three expressions are included: A simple smiling face, another smiling face with an open mouth, and a worried face - all of which can be used with her older sister Yui's figma as well. Her schoolbag is included to keep up her reputation as a good student, and castanets are also included so she can play along with the with others. If you really want something re-issued you can go to HLJ.com, hobby serch and other Japan based sites that serve american fans, and E-mail them asking for them to see if they can get more stock if there under enough pressure they can contact Bandai and tell them that the customers want that product, and they will have reasons to make more But for that to work a lot of us will need to send E-mails and they should be fairly general, if we ask for different items they'll take it as just one guy who wants one thing. If we can all join together and put some pressure on those companies for Figures like the Gawain, 00, and other figures you want, they see its a large amount of people who want to purchase these items, and will have more reason to pressure Bandai to produce more since now they will know there are customers waiting Edited by 00geass, Jul 19 2010, 08:43 PM.
